Goldvale Sands is a city made of stone sitting atop a plateau amongst the sand dunes of the Sograt Regime. It is one of the few cities left untouched by the rampant crime in the country. The proud and fierce bastet people who have lived here for centuries have successfully kept criminals from destroying their home. The city is somewhat isolated from any main roads or other towns, which adds to the preservation of justice and order within Goldvale Sands.
The residents are cautious of newcomers after witnessing most of the Sograt Regime fall into chaos, but are not unwelcoming of visitors. The cityfolk work together to keep criminals at bay, since bastets are naturally armed with agility and razor sharp claws and fangs; even the smallest bastet child makes a tough opponent for one seeking to bring havoc to Goldvale Sands.
