Gonryun

Gonryun is arguably the most unique city in Yuan. The entire isle and its surrounding islands all float above the sea in the clouds, with wooden bridges connecting all of the land masses together. It is a mostly self-supporting city, with areas containing plains and forests with an abundance of life surrounding it. Ancient shrines and buildings can be found everywhere in and around Gonryun. However, most residents of Gonryun have lived here with their families as far back as they can remember. Though is doesn't cost much to live here, making the move via airship to Gonryun can be quite expensive. It is rumoured that nobles from other countries have homes here to avoid the annoying publicity that would follow them on the mainland.
